Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in Bradenton FL, I am 73 and a retired vet.

I bought an old mobile home from this woman and she was to be m over out when I moved in. My resources are limited and had to move in, but the woman said her place to move fell thru and she made threats she knows her rights and she is staying as long as she wants. She has no money to pay rent, cleans the mobile to pay her way which does not cover my costs and what she decided.

I am not involved in any way with this person. She suffers from bipolar and is constantly screaming at me and has also made threats she can injure herself and call the police and have me arrested. I am at my wits end. There is no lease with her or agreement. I can't evict her as there is no lease or agreement.

I have asked that she move, but to no avail. Please tell me what my rights are as I am afraid of this woman and what she could do to me.

Sincerely, desperate in Bradenton, Tom B.

If you can prove you bought and own it, your remedy is to bring an action in ejectment to have her removed.
