Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in FL and my landlord is having someone take over their mortgage and is telling them that we will be out in 2 weeks they have not given us a notice or said anything to us regarding us moving out. For months we have been telling them the house needs repair and they kept telling us they were going to come fix it. A week ago my LL offered us the chance to take over the mortgage is we made a down payment and due to the water damage and septic damage we turned it down. Now they are offering the same deal to other people and telling them that we wont be living there that we are moving out. I found out that they were telling people this when someone came to the house wanting to look around and told me what was going on. I dont know what to do or what I can do. I don't have the money to move I have a 5 month old baby and had no notice to have a chance to save up money. What can I do?

By law the provisions of your lease dictate how your lease can be terminated. You should review the lease and if necessary consult a local attorney to review it for you.
