Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in Florida and am currently renting a house. The lease expired August31, 2015, and according to the lease upon expiration I shift to a month to month situation. Am I obligated to give 60 days notice to vacate as stated in the lease, or is it just 30 days since the lease expired?

Also, the lease states that I must give them access to the property to show prospective renters or buyers. Is this legal? And does this even still apply since the lease expired? I thought that since I am paying rent, they cannot enter the property without my permission unless there is an emergency.

1. Unless your lease states otherwise, you are a holdover and only 30 days notice is required.

2. You must make reasonable accommodation for LL to show house to prospective tenants.

The lease agreement likely still

Controls even though it expired but its terms need to he reviewed. Being able to show the unit is going to be implied even if the lease is expired. Be reasonable that is the rule and should be the landlords as well
