Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live with my girlfriend, We are not married but we do have a 11month old boy child.

Recently she has been trying to provoke me to strike her in an attempt to have me arrested so that I can be removed from

the home.

My questions are:

1.Can she chane the locks on any of the doors in the home without giving me a key?

2.Can she enrole our son in daycare without consulting me?

3.What are my legal options?

We both decided before he was born that I would stay at h6ome and take care of him.

I have lived up to my obligations along with side jobs to contribute to bills.

The house is in her name and I have lived here for the past 3 years.

1. It appears to be here home. If you have no lease, she can revoke her permission for you to stay there.

2. Yes.

3. Options about what? Need more facts. You can get visitation rights. You are not married, so your rights are limited. You may need to pay child support.
