Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live year around in a RV. park in Kissimmee Fl.I have lived here for over 2 years. My sister and her kids over 18 and Grandkids come in the park to live about a year ago. When they came the kids Grandkids ages 3,4,8,and 9 was ok. they pay 2.50 a day on top the reg. rent for each kid. Now after all this time they are being told by the park that they don't want any kids in the park. All rent is paid to date. And I was told I have to get out to. Because if it wasn't for me my sister would of came to this park. I don't have anything in my sister coming to this park. Is there anything I can do. What is the law in FL. on kids in a RV park That is not a 55 and over park.

UNless they have a really good reason to ask you to leave, this would be discrimination in its worst form. I suggest you get an attorney, ASAP. If no new lease and no new rules, telling you is not good enough. It must be in writing. Leases can be amended but this may have to be approved by the board members who are also tenants in this community living. Have they held a meeting, have the tenants voted on this. Look at your restrictive covenants and by laws.
