I lived in FL, and an apartment in Lasvegas, they. told me there was 24/7 security, and cameras on each building, that the apartment were all up to date, none of this was true, they have a 2 rating, my apartment was broken into in the early morning of July, at 4 in the morning, he kicked in my door, and stole my computer, etc, I pretended I was asleep, when the noise stopped I got out of bed and looked out my front door, I thought he was gone, but as I went into the kitchen he was going out the window, I had to sleep at an hotel, because I was terrifyed to sleep in that apartment ( 6 nights) now they withheld over $350.00 because I didn't give them sufficient moving out time, I am still having nightmares, I had to move back to fl, it has cost me thousands to move back, I want all this money back, I had to move because it was all misleading

I hope you filed a police report. You need an attorney in Las Vegas to handle this for you. You will need evidence to prove that the lease was not complied with. Please get some counselling as I know this has been a terrifying experience for you. You should also get a rehab police guard dog or a dog that can be trained for protection.

The questions require knowledge of Nevada law. This is a Florida legal question site. The fact that you live in Florida does not matter. Seek legal guidance from an attorney in Nevada.
