Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I have been living for 5 years in my moms home taking care of her. Now my sister wants to but her in a nursing home and told me I have to move out. How long to I have before I have to move ?

If your mom continues to give you permission to stay there and she owns it you don't have to move. Does your sister own the house? work it out with your sister. Not enough info in this question to answer in any more detail
