Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I moved into my duplex, which is in a duplex/apartment community, on April 1, 2016. Upon looking at it, it didn't look to bad. The first night we was there, we turned on the light and bugs scatter. In our lease it says they spray for bugs, which they won't in my house because of my children. My front window was busted out and it took 9 days to fix. My AC leaked so bad it came up through the tile and took 3 weeks for them to fix. My neighbor sells drugs and constantly knocking on my door hitting on me even after I've asked him to leave me alone. I feel uncomfortable in my own home and neighborhood. I'm ready to move and get my three daughters into a safer place. I paid 3000$ in security deposits and don't want to lose that. I have paid all my rent on time but I want to look for a new place and get my deposit back. Is there anyway I can do that?

Your lease agreement controls. The security deposit is for damages to the unit. If you break the lease without authorization you may find the landlord holding those sums against the unpaid rental. The problems you reference are not sufficient to justify terminating the lease unilaterally. I suggest you work something out with the landlord.
