Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My neighbor found a scooter left on his property left by stupid young punks. Its not in good condition but he said if it wasn't stolen that I may have it. Can I really legally have it? If so whats the papaperwork I have to go through for it to be legally be mine?

Is the item registered ? Does it have a license? It cannot just be taken if that is the case
