Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am an owner of the the home and I have roommate who is a "Nut" and a paralegal. She wants to move out but is threatening to take me through the ropes upon eviction. She laid out her plan and it includes a former roommate i asked to leave. She is accusing me of nonsence stuff, like not putting her cloths in the dryer. I want her out before April 1. She has put a lock on the door. I would like to take away access to the garage for car parking and shut off cable to her room. She would still have cable access in the living room which is fine. I just want her to understand im not a push-over. She is a very dominant woman and im a man. Can these things be used against me?

Your lease agreement controls. Review that document with an attorney. You may need a restraining order. If you have not started eviction and she is not behind on rental, you are not likely going to have her out by 4/1/13 under the best of circumstances.
