Legal Question
me and my partner share an apartment bpth names are on the lease but it has become a hostile enviornment...yet neither of us want to leave.......there has been an altercation yet the police hasnt been called but there is evidence and i feel like it is going to happen again.i was going to change the lock but i was told i cant. i dont know what to do?
