Legal Question
My rental home is going into forclosure because she has not paid on it since 11/09 and we have always paid on time. She is trying to short sale the condo and expects us to show it to the posible buyers.
WE have found a new rental house and are planning to move out. She is trying to hold me to the lease that will expire on 4/16/10.
Can she legally hold us to the lease?
