Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I'm currently renting an apartment from a property management company in Miami, Fl, they haven't paid the HOA fees in a long time. The HOA and the property management co. Are currently in court regarding this matter. However the HOA's attorney is demanding that we pay them the monthly rent, and since we are now on a month to month basis they can't prot us from eviction by the property management co. Can the HOA evict us even though they are involved in a current court case with the property management co.?

Unless the HOA has a court order, no. As a month to month, your LL may terminate you on 15 days notice.
