Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Signed a lease 4 months ago, found out today the property managers didnt file application with HOA. Now they want me to sign this document that gives the HOA power of attorney over my lease and all sorts of others things I did not agree to and that were not disclosed to me when signing my lease. Options? Florida

If you have a signed lease that document should control. If there are other documents required by the HOA for tenants you may have to sign those too. Impossible to answer any more deeply since you are not presenting us the documents. a POA over the lease, does not make legal sense so I am not sure what it means. All sorts of other things does not explain what they are and why they are offensive. Seek some legal guidance with all your paperwork.
