Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

All of a sudden building manager placed a notice on my door for broken down boxes & recycling being placed in the wrong spot, same place I and everyone else in the apartment has placed it over the last 2 years living here. She has placed two more notices on my door threatening to fine me for ignoring the other notices, the first notice was legit and I complied and no longer place boxes there, she must assume I'm the only one doing this. I notified the office that I have not placed any boxes there since the first notice, is continuing to place these threats of fines on my door considered harassment?

No, I just the think the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Take the notice to the office and explain to them once again that you are not the person doing this.
