Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Regarding Tenant & Landlord laws in Florida. Scenario is renting a room on only a verbal agreement. The intent was to help out short term. I no longer wish to continue renting this room and it is well past short term. I've asked for the individual to relocate, but they won't leave. The Florida statue does not address how to evict someone who has not violated an agreement and pays rent on time, but the landlord wishes to terminate the verbal agreement. What is your suggestion?
