Legal Question
My girlfriend works for a restaurant at the base of a hotel. Last night while she was working, someone stole her purse, took her keys, and stole her car. There were cameras in the hotel but the ones that would have caught the person were not working. Is it possible to hold either the hotel or restaurant at fault?
