mothers attorney has a copy of check issued to me, mother signed it and forged my name on it and cashed. is her attorney obligated to inform the court about this activity.

Perhaps depending on all the facts and circumstances. If you know who issued the check you can get a copy of the check from them and depose mother on the issue.
