Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

I would like to know what my options are if any, as I was assaulted in the work place recently....by another employee - that was indirectly related to the owner who has fired him once before and rehired him with in the last 6 months.

If you were injured, you have a worker's compensation claim you likely can pursue. The hostile work environment may give you a labor claim as well. Not sure why legal ethics is the category you chose unless perhaps you work in a law office. I would seek help from an independent attorney.
