There is no way to answer your question without knowing what you are suing for and why the judge dismissed the original complaint. Usually, at the hearing dismissing the complaint, it is clear what the deficiency is. The order may also reveal the problem, in connection with the defendant's motion and what was said and argued at the hearing.

The judge is looking for the complaint to contain facts sufficient to bring a claim.
