Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

On Thursday, 10/22/15, I pulled into my daycare. As soon as I walked my girls inside, someone backed up next to my car, smashed my passenger side car window and stole my purse. We have the camera footage to prove it, but it was too dark outside to see the person do it.

I am the third victim this has happened to. Since they took everything, my job paid to replace the window for me, the same day. I have 30 days to pay them back. Am I able to send the bill to the daycare or property manager to recoup the cost? Or is this a complete loose for me? Please help!

Unless the property manager or daycare did something that was negligent, they cannot be responsible. Failure to have security guards is not likely going to support this claim. Even if it did the cost of trying to establish this will be prohibitive. The loss is on you.
