Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

My dr put me on lyrica and dosed it wrong and I should have never been on it.

It started in 2009 and i quit seeing him in 2012 bc i moved out of Va and I am just now getting off this med which has caused me numerous side effects.

Issues involved actions that occurred in Virginia, you need to contact an attorney up there about any claims. For your information the Florida Statute of Limitations on malpractice is 2 years.
