Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I just found out my gyn failed to prescribe progesterone with estrogen therapy. I now have a large cyst on my ovary and will have to have a hysterectomy and ovary removal. Do i jegalgrounds to sue this gyn?

Only If you have another doctor who states that the failure of your doctor to prescribe the medications, which he should have done, is the direct cause of your subsequent medical treatment. Seek counsel from a medical malpractice attorney.
