Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

went to the hospital for one reason. the iv gave me a blood clot now I'm being treated for a blood clot. Is there any recourse I can take? Had extra expenses because of this, I feel as though I should not have to pay.

Malpractice claims, if they exist, are value based on the permanent nature of injury. The extra expenses you have had to incur are not sufficient to bring a malpractice claim.
