Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

My husband had a hip replacement back in 2005 in New York state. Since this past June, he has fallen 16x (14 in NYS& 2 in PA) each time he had to go to the hospital by ambulance and have an x-ray of the hip and then was sedated and they put the hip back in place. No doctor or hospital staff told us that something was not positioned correcttly until we moved to florida and his hipped popped out again and needed a 2nd corrective surgery on the hip. The orthopedic doctor in Manatee county showed us his x-ray and pointed out what was not positioned correctly. I asked the doctor if it got like that from the hip popping out so much and he said no, it was put in incorrectly. Since the 2nd hip operation, his hip has not popped out anymore. Do we have a case with the doctors and hospitals in NYS& PA for overlooking this incorrection? We have payed many doctor and hospital blls because of this and did put us in a financially bad position plus all the anxiety and pain both of us went through.

That is usually not a sufficient basis for pursuing this type of complicated case. Seek some legal guidance from a NY attorney who handles malpractice
