Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Is this a possible medical malpractice case?

I have a friend, 50 years of age, who had a work accident to his lower back, surgery, and a workers compensation case now on SSDI.

Before during and after the surgery he was NOT told by the doctors that he would have to be on a life time of pain medications and now there is also a need for more surgery which he was told he would not need.

Is this medical malpractice in Florida, failure to properly disclose, etc?

In all likelihood, it is not. Have your friend have his medical records reviewed by an expert in this care aof law. There is a 2 year statute of limitations, so act quickly.
