Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

If you settle a case and sign off on on it but feel like you were not compensated properly but your lawyer advised you to settle is there any legal action that can be taking to resolve this agreement? No monies have been transferred as of today.

No in most circumstances unless some fraud was involved. Buyer's remorse is not enough to justify voiding an agreement. You followed your lawyer's advice and that is why you have one.
