Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I am the alleged victim of domestic battery. It was a misunderstanding. My girlfriend and I got in a drunken argument. I tried to kick her out. She punched me in face and broke my window. The police were eventually called after more argument, and she was arrested. I want her to be released as soon as possible. Should I go to the First Appearance hearing at 9:00AM? Will I be allowed to testify that she is stable and safe?

Generally the victim is allowed to testify on issues of bond. If you do not go to the hearing, the court will likely issue a no contact order which will prohibit her from contacting you.
