Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

my child keeps getting bit at day care. Time and time again we have reported it and still he keeps getting bit. the owner seems to not have control. what do i do. who should i call.

You only have a personal injury claim if the injuries are permanent. I hope that there is no scarring and the injuries have healed. I believe you need to write your concerns to the owner that they need to have better control. Is it multiple biters or just one? If it is one child, they need to intervene. I would also consider using a different daycare.
