Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My dad called an ambulance out to the house because I was on the floor acting crazy. He said i had foam coming out my mouth and i was moving all over the floor. My father and brother said they saw a emt person put the knee into my stomach and they restrained me. My brother was video recording the part i was being restrained. I looked out of it my eyes were shut. he couldn't get it from the beginning because he did not have the camera with him besides who ever knew this would happen. I remember getting booked into jail i was at the hospital and before i was put in the police car and handcuffed the officer told me my rights and that I was going to jail for a felony because I pushed the emts arms and hit him in the chest. I honestly don't know what happened I can't remember. I have never never been to jail or gotten a driving ticket! I never imagined myself sitting in a jail in my life.
