Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My daughter broke her arm at school, playing soccer on a basketball court. Her bills after insurance paid still came to almost $2,000. The school will pay the outstanding costs, but they want me to sign a release saying that I will forever discharge them from liability. I am just concerned that if I sign, and in the future I become aware of anything that happened because of the injury I won't be able to sue?

That is what the release will do. You won't be able to bring Any other claims. Seek some legal guidance to see if there are claims you can bring.
