Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

My father was arrested sometime in July, and then was being extradited to Ohio. While in Prison he wrote letters complaining of having seizures and feeling discomfort in his chest, he was saying that he needed his prescribed medication. The people there refused to give it to him. Later on the way to ohio on the bus. He died suddenly. He had not previously been ill or had any serious medical issues. I am very upset about the loss of my father, and was hoping that this was a possible case to have on the police. This was located in West Palm Beach Florida. Please get back to me ASAP as i am very upset about this and would like to know if i should pursue in getting a lawyer.

If he died because they knowingly refused his medication, you may have a valid claim. More information is need to evaluate.
