Depending on the specifics of your situation you may be eligible for PIP benefits. You will need an attorney to investigate the case and ensure that you receive the best settlement possible.

You may have auto coverage (no fault) through a resident relative or another avenue if you were a pedestrian. If you were not at fault you may be able to have a medical provider wait to the end of a case against the driver of the truck to receive payment and in return medically treat you now.

Good suggestions. if the truck was liable and there is coverage on the truck you may be able to get a provider to treat under a letter of protection. You need to hire an attorney to accomplish this. If not, you can seek treatment at a public hospital.

You should speak with a personal injury attorney as soon as possible. If the driver was liable, you should be able to recover something from their insurer. Doctors are often willing to take money out of the settlement or judgment if they trust the attorney who is representing you.

If you were hit as a pedestrian and don't own an automobile, then you will be entitled to personal injury protection (PIP) benefits from any relative that lives in the same household if they have auto insurance. If you don't own an auto and don't live with any relative who does, then you will be entitled to PIP benefits from the insurer of the vehicle that hit you, regardless of who is at fault. PIP benefits pay for medical bills and lost wages. If the driver of the vehicle was at fault, then you can bring a claim for pain and suffering and physical impairment against the driver and owner of the vehicle. To qualify for PIP benefits, you have to obtain medical treatment within 14 days from the date of the accident. You should consult with an experienced personal injury attorney right away to discuss applicable time limits for taking action.
