Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I live on a golf course in Hernando, Florida and I understand that a golfer is not responsible for damage to my home. However, is the golfer responsible for personal injury to the homeowner?

It would depend upon the circumstances. If the personal injury occurred as a result of negligence on the part of the golfer, then the golfer would be responsible for any injury caused by the negligence. Please be aware that there is a 4-year time-limit for filing suit on a personal injury claim in Florida.
