Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

If you are a passenger of a car who was hit, in a head on collision by two girl's with no insurance and no jobs in the state of FL. Could you still sue them for damages to your self and hospital bills even though they have no money? The two girls came over the median hit a sign then hit us head on. The police report states the two girls are at fault.

Here is a real response to your question.

The answer is YES you can sue them, the question becomes what are your expectations of recovery if you win a judgment. Just because they were uninsured and have no jobs does not mean that you have no claim and no chance of recovery.

You really should consult with a personal injury attorney to actually evaluate your case and see what avenues of recovery are available to you. Typically there is no charge for consultations on personal injury matters.
