Legal Question

Radiesse injections

I had injections 7/08 and the needle affected a nerve on one side and the dr said it happens. I cannot smile properly and I have a public position in my company. He also injected Botox too low under my eyes so I cannot smile to try and correct the odd appearance of the left side of my face. Please give me an idea how to proceed.
