Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I am renting a studio to a 22 years old girl ( only her name is on the lease ). she break up with her boyfriend. He comes to the apt after arguing on the phone. He gets mad and punches the window. Get injured and go to the hospital. One month later he sue me ( the owner of the Apt ) for damages, hospital bills, ect,.,,.what is my defense?

Call your insurance carrier and they will defend this. I do not see any cause of action or that you were negligent. You do not say what you were sued for, though..

His complaint should indicate why he is suing you. If you have liability insurance, your carrier will cover you.
