slip and fall
I was baker act on halloween night. Durin that stay, I slipped and fell stepping over feets on a chair. I slipped, flipped and landed on floor. My head it a metal door which jammed my neck, my thumb was jamb and my arm up to my shoulder blade. Headaches and the inability to use my thumb and arm completely as of to-date. Can I get them to pay my medical treatment.
