Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Can I sue a high school for teacher bullying that happen more then 10 years ago? There is physical injury , and mental discomfort, for the recent 10 years that have past.. Teacher "The bully" was a one day case cause and effect. Held me against the wall raised from the ground with my hands behind my back and my face implanted towards the wall, my feet was raised from the ground and my arms were in a police arrest position, or should I say handcuffed position against his body, and my front was towards the wall. I have kept my head down, and have to deal with discomfort. Is there a case?

Unfortunately - Florida law provides that there is a time limit (known as the statute of limitations) for filing suit on any case. Meaning - that you only have a certain time frame in which you must file suit or your case becomes forever barred.
