You must notify your own insurance company to claim your PIP and uninsured motorists benefits. Establish liability by photos of the accidendt scene. Locate witnesses.Photo bruises.Find insurance coverage on the car and driver. Most important is to get proper specialist doctors for your injuries. Keep record of all expenses.

Experienced attorneys go thru this thousands of times in dealing with insurance companies so it becomes routine. Its probably a first for you.A compresssion fracture can be deadly serious or heal itself with no treatment or residual. Your early evaluation and t reatment is critical. Itis not the fracture of the bone but damage to the surrounding tissue and nerves that cause pain and disability. That's why a broken neck causes paralysiis.

Hopefully you got the name and other identifying information of the driver who hit you. If you did, you will want to notify his insurance company right away as well as your own if you have auto insurance. Even if you did not, it is important to notify your insurer.

You have a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver and their insurance company as well as a no-fault claim for medical bills and wage loss. You should contact a qualified personal injury attorney right away.
