Legal Question
My dog had 9 puppies, which I sold for 350.00 Instead of telling me the dog had an health issue, he went and had the vet treat it. I offered to take the dog back issueing a full refund. He wants a full refund and keep the dog. Do I have a leg to stand on. I did offer a refund, just give me my dog back. What is the Law on this?
