Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida

Foreign object found in food

an incident that occurred this evening while we were eating dinner i took a bite of macaroni and cheese from country crock. and as i chewed i bit a hard object and immediately spit it out to find a long item looking like what i say a nail and my girlfriend said it was a drill bit. I noticed it to be a nail and I was just wondering what you suggest I do?

First, be sure to save the food product in the same packaging in which it came. Freeze it to protect it if necessary.

Second, consult a products liability attorney at your earliest opportunity. He/she may wish to send the product out for testing to an indpendent laboratory to determine exactly what the foreign object is.

The attorney will want to know any injury you may have received, if any.
