Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hello, i own 2 houses free and clear in FL. I have 2 kids and ive never been married. Im getting married in PR next week. I want to know what i can do to make sure that when i pass away, both houses go to my kids, not my husband. And my soon to be husband is not interested in the hoses. What are the steps i need to follow to make sure my kids get the houses if i pass before him?

First, you don't mention whether either home with be your homestead. If so, your spouse will have an interest in that house no matter what you do. Second, you really should consult with an attorney to make sure your plan for your descendants can be accomplished.
