Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My apartment complex doesnt want to let me use wireless internet, because they w

I just moved into an apartment and the apartment complex just got a new wireless internet service all over the area. I am already using another internet provider ''COX'' which is just through regular cable. In my house I use a router to get wireless internet all over. Now the aparment complex sent a letter to everyone stating that we cant use our own wireless and that if we do we would be fined $50 a day and be posible be evicted. I havent signed anything to do with this subject but in the letter they had a form for us to sign. Can I not sign? do I have to accept every new law that they put on the apartment??

They say that personal routers interfere with there signal but thats not even true but since the company pays them they want to monopolazy the airways even the ones they dont use.

You are bound by the provisions of the lease. Dont sign. Enjoy the net. If eviction procedings are commenced, retain counsel.
