Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I just bought an owner financed home...the seller did not disclose some very disturbing latent defects. first, i asked if the ac worked of course, cause that is deal breaker. she said it did, had some guy come over and "hook it up" ......it stopeed working the same day. i called a company out and they disconnected it , said it had been tampered with and could possibly blow up. next i bought this house believing it was a 3/3 ba home wood fram on a slab...it is not. it is a trailer with addon that they threw a truss on, that drastically reduces the value of my home now. i owe more than it is worth right off the bat. and today, i asked for a copy of my homeowners insurance, she gave me a copy of renters insurance for tenants in her name. this is insane, i think i have been had but do not know what to do, i just sank almost ten grand into a house that is not even a real house come to find out. can i do anything?

The time to raise questions about your deal was before you closed not after. You say she did not disclose these things to you, but you would need to have warranties and representations that were made by her prior to closing. You need to take all your paperwork to a real estate litigation attorney to see if you have any claims.
