Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If I buy real estate at a tax lien property auction in Polk County, Florida, do I have a title free of all previous liens or am I responsible for all liens placed on the property prior to the tax lien sale?

Thanks, Roy

You might have title free and clear of all previous liens but to get title insurance I have always filed a quiet title action naming all parties who may have liens or property rights to the property rights to the property. If you need any help you can send me an e-mail or call me.
