Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I own commercial real estate in Kansas titled under a Kansas LLC Corp.

I now live in Florida and would like to change the Ks LLC to a Florida LLC, but I do not want to trigger any kind of income tax liabilities.

Is it possible to change to a Florida LLC without incurring additional taxes?

You should speak with your accountant about tax related questions such as this one. From a legal standpoint, the question is what you need to do to change the ownership under Kansas law. The state (or county) of origin of the entity isn't relevant in your situation, what's important is ensuring that a deed is properly prepared, executed and recorded under Kansas law.
