Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My daughter owns an acre of land in florida with a house on it. She was letting a person that worked for her live there. He never paid for rent, or put a down payment on it or anything. Hes been there 10 yrs, She offered to let him buy it for the today's going rate minus any upgrades he made to the house, Every time she asked him to pay rent or put a down payment on it he said he didn't have the money. He no longer works for her andshe would like to have either the money for the house or to have him leave. He claims he is going to keep the house and says he worked overtime to pay for it. She has all the records and has paid all the taxes on it...she even kept insurance on it. Does he have legal claim to her house or does he have to vacate her property.

She needs to hire an attorney. Eviction or ejectment would be the remedies to get him out.
