Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am devorced and owned a house jointly with my ex-wife. I live in SC and she lives in the house in FL.We bought it together for her to stay in and raise my children. She was working for a home builder in FL when we purchased it in 2000. I now find that in 2003 she forged my name to a quick clain deed and removed me from the title while working with a title company that handled the home builder transactions.Since then she has has taken large second mortages against the house , that I was not informed of since my name was illigally removed from the title, and is close to foreclosure.

I discoved this by accicent when researching the tax role. She has admitted the forgery to me. Where do I go from here. A house I thought was in an equity position is approching foreclosure. I am not even sure the title company still exists. Can you help me?

Contact a lawyer. The police may also get involved because she obtained money under false pretenses (and fraudulently so). People go to jail for this.
