Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

my family and i live in a condominium. we, latin people, are a minority group where we live. we have accomplished the regulations and rules and when we get warnings, we act on it immediately. although we act, we keep getting fees that we must pay. last time, we were informed we had to remove some storage containers. although we did we have to pay $1000. others residents don't accomplish but don't have the harrasment we have been facing. some staff take pics of our property without our authorization. a staff from the board has denied my daughters to attend meetings with me, but they translate information since i dont speak English. I know some latin residents had faced the same situation. please i need help
